Scope of Service |
The current arrangements for HR-related insurances (Group Medical, Group Life, Group Disability Income, and Employees’ Compensation) of HKICPA (“The Institute”) will expire on 30 June 2025. To prepare for the renewal, the Institute is asking for proposals from prospective bidders to submit their most competitive offers. |

Tender Briefing Date and Tender Documents

Prospective bidders should indicate their interest by emailing a scanned copy of the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to the Procurement Manager by 1:00 p.m. on 15 April 2025. (The NDA can be downloaded from this webpage.)
Qualified bidders will be invited to attend a briefing session on HR-related insurances (excluding Group Medical Insurance) on 22 April 2025. A separate briefing on Group Medical Insurance will be held on 2 May 2025. Tender documents will be distributed during both sessions. |
Non-Disclosure Agreement |
Qualified bidders should submit their original signed NDA when they attend the first briefing session.

Closing Date & Time |
The closing date for HR-related insurances (excluding Group Medical Insurance) is 2:00 p.m. on 15 May 2025, and the closing date for Group Medical Insurance is 2:00 p.m. on 28 May 2025. Late submission will not be accepted.

Submission of Tender |
Qualified bidders should submit their technical and fee proposals in two separate sealed envelopes to the Procurement Manager according to the specified closing schedules. Late submission will not be accepted.
