• against the Institute's operation (please send email to complaint@hkicpa.org.hk)
• The Institute’s functions of investigation and taking disciplinary actions against certified public accountants or any practice units have been transferred to the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council (“AFRC”) on 1 October 2022.
