The Institute, in collaboration with the International Institute of Business Valuers (iiBV), brings an e-Learning course on valuing intangible assets to professional accountants.
This course aims at identifying the differences between intangible and tangible assets, the major categories of intangible assets and the specific types within each category. The course will also introduce the common models used to value the different types of intangible assets. The participants will understand which assets are most often valued in the financial reporting context.
This online course will enhance accounting professionals’ ability to apply methodologies for determining the value of intangible assets for financial reporting purposes.
