Mr. Cheng is the President of the Hong Kong Institute of CPAs and Chairman of HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited. He specializes in corporate audits, and has extensive experience in auditing companies in different industries, most especially the financial services industry.
Mr. Cheng has been actively involved in the development of accounting profession through his leadership and participation in various committees of the Institute, including as the Chairman of the Qualification Oversight Board. In recent years, he has been involved in the Audit Profession Reform Working Group, the Registration and Practising Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Cheng is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. |
Mr. Wong oversees the overall strategies, development, and operation of the Institute's Qualification Programme, aiming for upholding the Qualification Programme as a premier, internationally recognized professional accountancy qualification.

Mr. Poon was appointed to be a member of Financial Reporting Council Review Panel by the Hong Kong Government and was a Council member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“HKICPA”). He has served in various committees of the Institute including as Chairman of the Young Members Leadership Panel and Deputy Chairman of the Small and Medium Practitioners and the Professional Development Committees.

Mr. Chan is currently the Chairman of the Institute’s Taxation Faculty Executive Committee. Mr. Chan has over 20 years of experience in providing tax services, tax due diligence and transaction-related tax advisory work. He also has extensive experience in cross-border tax advisory and advising on suitable investment structures and vehicles. Mr. Chan is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. |
Ms. Siu has extensive experience in transactions investigation, assessment on the quantum of loss/claim, advising on accounting matters, conducting business/share valuation and providing accounting expert witness and litigation support assistance. She currently serves as a committee member of the Institute’s Forensic Interest Group. Ms. Siu is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (“CA”). She is a CA Forensic Accounting Specialist, and a certified member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. |

Mr. Lo has 15 years of experience in audit and finance, including handling audit engagements for small and medium enterprises and listed clients in various industries.

Mr. Chan possesses extensive multi-industry experience in corporate strategy and planning, sales operation management, business development, corporate finance and change management.
Mr. Chan is a Chartered Financial Analyst of the CFA Institute and a fellow member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He is also a member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association and a Financial Risk Manager of the Global Association of Risk Professionals. |
Mr. Tse started his entrepreneurial career in 2010 after training with the Big Four. He won the HSBC Youth Entrepreneurship Award in 2011. Mr. Tse is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Chairman of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs and an Adjunct Professor in university. He is also the Charter President of the Rotary Club of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area and member of the Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society. |

Mr. Wong specializes in the implementation of new digital audit initiative and he supports audit teams in transforming traditional audit approach to a data-driven audit. He also contributes his ideas for how to perform work tasks more efficiently with the assistance of computerized programs and procedures. He is one of the champions of digital audit in EY. Mr. Wong is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Institute’s Young Member Committee. |
Mr. Li specializes in creating new features and enhancing user experiences for the company's app and platform with a data driven approach to enhance business performance. After graduation from the University of Hong Kong, Mr. Li worked in Ernst & Young and joined AlipayHK as a Senior Business Analyst.. Mr. Li is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
Mr. Yung has more than 20 years experience of business and IT consulting in retail, entertainment and technology industries across the Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Mr. Yung’s key area of practice includes system integration for ERP, B2C/B2B ecommerce platform implementation, customer relationship management and order management. |

Mr. Lin has 12 years of experience in audits of Hong Kong listed companies and multi-national companies of consumer, industrial, transportation and infrastructure markets. He is also experienced in initial public offerings, capital market transactions and multi-jurisdiction engagements and provision of accounting advisory. He was previously seconded to KPMG in Denmark. Mr. Lin is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Institute’s Young Members Committee. |

Mr. Wong dedicated himself in the profession by lecturing accounting and related subjects for different institutions and professional bodies, including auditing and assurance, financial reporting, managerial accounting, business and corporate reporting, as well as Hong Kong taxation. He is currently the Deputy Chairman of the Institute’s Small and Medium Practices Committee and Young Members Committee. |

She specializes in advisory and project management services for large scale, cross-region transactions in the financial services industry. Mr. Tong has over five years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining the profession, Mr. Tong has over 15 years experience in professional badminton training. He was a member of the Hong Kong badminton youth team and he participated in overseas competitions. He is currently a member of the Institute’s badminton team. Mr. Tong is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
