2.1	完成推行专业资格课程更新的举措。
2.2	对照专业资格课程与其他国际会计组织的资历，维持公平及互惠的国际资格认可协议。
2.3	推广专业资格课程为会计实务及商界职业发展的选择，为新晋会计师装备必要的专业技能，配合雇主需要。强化与伙伴的协作并加强香港与内地的学生互动与参与的工作。
2.4	编制电脑为本的考试计划。
2.5	编制有关提供专业资格课程「中途资历」的框架。

3.2	主动确认及了解本地问题，并应用准则及设计机制以解决有关问题。透过工作坊及讲座及提供支援材料及工具，加强技术支援服务及能力建设计划。
3.3	继续发展及维持本地准则以应付国际准则未及之本地需要（监管、法律、市场需求等）。
3.4	将香港的视点带入国际准则制订的工作，与本地持份者合作并参与主要的区域及国际论坛。

Position the Institute as a knowledgeable, credible and the legitimate voice.
Safeguard the interests of members, as well as the public interest, and pursue the long-term sustainability of the profession.

5.2	更新反洗钱指引及为会员提供支援。
5.3	倡议可持续汇报鉴证应由会计师提供。
5.4	加强公共政策的研究工作与倡议，包括未来会计专业的工作与定位。继续监察及评论香港特别行政区政府的年度预算及其他税务政策。
5.5	设立一个全面的中国内地发展计划及有关粤港澳大湾区的策略焦点；为会员利益进行倡议及推广适合执业界别会计师及商界专业会计师的机遇。
