- Due to the inherent risks during grooming, Pet Villa is not responsible for any scratches, abrasions, or minor cuts that may occur.
- An additional fee will be charged if fleas or ticks are found.
- If the pet requires de-matting, additional charges may apply.
- Pet Villa reserves the right to refuse any elderly, health-compromised, or aggressive dogs or cats.
- Ensure that cats are vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination. Kittens must have completed three doses of the FVRCP vaccine, and adult cats require annual FVRCP booster vaccinations. Ensure that dogs are vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination and relevant dog tags. Puppies must have completed three doses of the DHPPiL vaccine, and adult dogs require annual DHPPiL booster vaccinations.
- To prevent cross-infection among pets, all pets must undergo external parasite checks and receive appropriate treatment. Customers must provide proof of Frontline/Revolution bottles/boxes. If unable to provide this, customers must purchase and apply flea/tick medication from our store before check-in for their pets to stay.
- To ensure the health and safety of all pets during their stay, pets must be in good hygiene condition. Customers must honestly disclose their pet's health status. Pets with contagious diseases or those that are pregnant are not allowed to stay.
- Pet Villa staff will conduct a brief physical examination of the pet upon check-in, including checking the ears, skin, and any wounds on the body.
- If fleas, ticks, mites, skin diseases, or other issues are discovered during the stay, Pet Villa will take necessary measures, including but not limited to deworming, bathing, veterinary checks, and treatment. All additional costs will be borne by the pet owner. If the issue cannot be resolved, Pet Villa reserves the right to refuse the pet's stay, and all fees paid to Pet Villa will not be refunded.
- If an aggressive pet is discovered during the stay or at check-in, we will do our best to care for them, but safety is our top priority. Customers will be responsible for any related costs and liabilities in case of injury.
- Customers must not conceal any long-term illnesses or conditions of their pets, including but not limited to epilepsy, heart disease, mobility issues, contagious diseases, or pregnancy. Pets requiring long-term care must be temporarily entrusted to a reputable clinic that can provide adequate medical facilities. If Pet Villa staff discovers any of the aforementioned conditions after check-in and the customer did not disclose them before check-in, Pet Villa has the right to arrange for the pet to be temporarily entrusted to a clinic. All costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and fees paid to Pet Villa will not be refunded.
- Pets must bring their own food to ensure their dietary habits are not disrupted. If the pet has special dietary needs, please inform Pet Villa staff before check-in.
- Additional services, such as non-basic meals (cooked or fresh food), medication management/care, special care or treatment, grooming, transportation fees, veterinary consultations, etc., will incur additional charges.
- If services such as eye drops, ear cleaning, or nail trimming are needed, customers must make requests before the pet's check-in and decisions will be made based on the pet's physical condition. If the pet is overly resistant to being touched by strangers, Pet Villa will not provide these services to avoid causing stress to the pet.
- Once the accommodation fee is paid, it is non-refundable, non-changeable, and cannot be used for other services or store credit at Pet Villa.
- Payment of the accommodation fee signifies the customer's agreement.
